- "I always looked at exercising and healthy nutrition as a stage in my life or a process (usually a few weeks to months) whereby I spend a certain amount of time to attain a goal. This goal could range from attempting to run a half marathon or fierce competition amongst my peers to attain a certain physique. I had always believed that routine exercising was such a stressful and mundane task that would easily bore me.
